5.45 in 41 minutes. Felt good and fresh for once. Trail run in the new system I just was shown. Love it there, its magical.

11.5 miles or 18.5 kilometers run/walk to the beach and back. My endurance is awful so I only jogged < 50% of this. According to the gps/calorie app that is an 1100 calorie workout. In the gym I can do this many calories in a lot less time if the calorie count is accurate.

3.6 for me yesterday morning. Hadn't run in a week, hoping whatever's going on with my ankle would sort itself out. Nope. I guess I'll call the doctor tomorrow...

Got a late start to the run this a.m.--watching the Queen's Diamond Jubilee broadcast at 4:30 a.m.

3 miles/ 23 minutes.

10 tonight with a nice workout
did 16 x 500 in two sets on a 3 minute cycle.
Accelerated throughout both sets.
Hit the 400s in about 71/72. I am feeling good. Maybe I will have a good race on saturday.

its national running day!
I haven't ran yet, but I did help the world economy by buying two new pairs of running shoes.
An update of the Nike streak - my favorite marathon shoe,
and a new nike lightweight trainer.
Stoked that nike finally got around to putting out a new streak, hopefully it compares with the streak 3!

3.5 on a nice, sunny afternoon. A few tweaky joints have been bothering me recently for no apparent reason so I've been trying to take it easy.

10 miles barefoot today (on grass) kept the pace around 630. I think that it was the farthest I have ever ran sans shoes in one go.

I am running 5 miles this morning, and i feel quite good. I think sports make us be more healthy, so i will continue to do it.
