1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

10.3 mile trail run today. Hot, humid, and many ticks.
3 postings to myself? To quote Roger Waters, "is there anybody out there"?

My heel has been sore, so I've been saving myself for tomorrow's race. I should be able to post 7.5 tomorrow. :)

Ran the Brooklyn Half yesterday, somehow ran a PR of 1:18:29....course was fast and the weather was ideal. NYRR did a great job running a half with 21,000+ people while keeping a "small" feel to it.

30 min shake out run today.

    7.3 miles this morning.

Great job guys. Some fast times and a few PR's are always good to keep the motivation up.

4km for me on the treadmill today. Trying to keep this as my routine since I do weights as well. Trying for 6 days a week to shed off the extra weight I've been carrying with me for the past 7 years!

9.5 miles in CP this morning in 1:19:32. I guess spring decided not to show up this year, already felt humid and "summerish"

I got in about 9 and a quarter miles this morning finishing up just before a short little rain shower came through. It was very muggy and still in the mid 70s at 4:30 a.m.

Rough 6 miles today. It's so hot and humid out here and I haven't gotten used to it yet. Still trying to ramp up my mileage slowly, but I need to be ready for my first half at the end of October. That's still 5 months away tho, so I have some time to get ready for it.
