Great story - glad to hear you are back to doing what you enjoy. Keep us posted!

11 GA miles for a total of 71 miles this week. I will probably taper down a little for my half marathon in 2 weeks.

Happy running peeps!

About 7 yesterday and 8 x 3 mins on the Exercycle + weights and core. Have to mix it up because I can't get in my full workout running. Pain ***********.

I believe GA stands for general aerobic - or easy pace. Quevola could also be in Georgia.
But he can comment further. I did 6.5 yesterday easy on grass.

3 this morning, fast. I wasn't in the mood and just wanted to be done with it.

Yep - general aerobic, or in my case, an 8 minute pace.

You guys kill me. During yesterday's run, I ran about half a mile at 7m pace yesterday, and I damned near threw up.

10.25. The hill up off the beach was a killer, but it's good practice for the Hayes Street hill on the Bay To Breakers course.

8 yesterday and actually did 12 400's at accelerated pace. Felt good to turn the legs over, they have been feeling like tree trunks.
