regular run, only about 3 miles today... getting chilly tonight!!
Ran hill repeats in Central Park this morning - 8 of them in total. Got in 6 miles in 45:19. Legs are feeling it.
4 miles in heavy rain but at least no wind today. Oh to be in England now that Aprils here....
Easy 4 because of a late soccer game tonight. Did see a lot of hotties during my run. Always a plus.
3 miles this morning.
4 miles. Stopped every 10 minutes to do 10 pushups. Hill work.
Just easy stuff the past 2-3 days and 0 today.
Flying to Boston on the redeye tomorrow night . . . .
I am getting pumped.
Ran a couple easy 3-4 mile runs this week after a month off due to groin injury.
Will try to get out today, but there's a haze of smoke from North FLorida wildfires that's crept in over the past hour. Hopefully the afternoon sea breeze will push it away.

In upstate NY on business this week. Finally got to sneak in 2.25 after work and before the sun went down.
Taking it easy this week since I've been a bit under the weather for a few days...
I ran 23 miles on Saturday, pacing a friend who finished her first 50 miler at the American River 50. Then I ran a hard 6 miles on trails on Sunday. I'll be back and running either tomorrow or Saturday.
