How many miles did you run today?

5.5 tonight. Feel like I'm still recovering from three runs ago. Looking forward to the sweet sweet taper in 3 weeks!

re: Brooks Green Silence. Mine literally fell apart after 200 miles. Granted, they were hard, fast miles, but they should have lasted much longer.

Ran 6+ this morning. Forget to re-start my Garmin along the way so not sure how much I actually ran.

7 miles today, mid morning in the easy trails. Finally had my breathing settle and my legs/breathing felt good. That kind of feeling that makes you able to run far.
No pics, cause I didnt stop at all. Decent time as well.
Trying to get my speed up for a 5K next weekend.

The Kinvaras are staying as my shoe for a while.
