Excellent half marathon time! Congrats!
After taking the last four mornings off from running out of shear laziness, I hit the road this morning for 4 miles in a light sprinkle in just about 33 minutes.
My usual 4.6. Got one of those strappy things which goes beneath the knee. Seemed to make a positive difference.

Got out for 16 yesterday and 9 earlier today. Will run another few tonight.

12 this afternoon, NYC was beautiful.

3 miles this morning. Crack-of-dawn meetings and travel prep prevented me from doing more, though I wanted to run farther.
6 this morning. Letting go of my expectations and accepting results. Might be drinking too much kool aid at yoga
had to cut my long run short on Sunday because I left my mojo somewhere (only 10.7 miles). Had to skip the Monday run because everything hurt.
Today, though, on a whopping four hours of sleep, I banged out a respectable 8 x 400, between 90 and 97 seconds. I wish the trend was to get faster each time, but no luck there. I think it was 94, 90, 89, 94, 95, 94, 97, 92. Then I jogged home.
running with a buddy tonight, liely do 6-7 in the early evening in the trails.
I am hitting the secret spot this coming weekend for the first time in 5 months.....ultra excited.
5-6 miles on sunday and the same route today, did it a minute faster 44 mins now, not my fastest gotta get fitter running a half marathon in april!
4point5 miles, fast. Hill sprint to finish off, then 30 pullups. 250 crunches and 50 pushups banged out during my stretch.
