7 early morning, have 5--6 planned later on for a mini double ...
That was uber fast for me! Kind of fun when I can up the pace. Maybe I was inspired by the Detroit Tigers wins. Hoping for another sweep this afternoon. I've worn other headlamps, but thus far, the LL Bean has been the longest lasting. It throws a good beam.
5.5 tonight for a decent double today!
5 miles on the treadmill this morning in 33:03. Getting back int othe groove after not running for about 3 + weeks. No, i wasn't injured. Got married and went on my honeymoon, and didn't really have the time or want to go (except for some pretty grea trails I found in a couple of spots).
Will be running a marathon in 2 weeks - that should be interesting.
I got in about 7 miles in the rain this morning before the sun was up. If the weather clears up at all this afternoon, I'm hoping to get in another 5 or 6 miles after work.
I ran 4.5 this morning under misty conditions.
Taking time off is probably going to really benefit the body, you have just taken an extended taper.
12 for me last night in San Diego under the moonlight + strides.
I'm so jealous of all you guys. My knee hasn't been happy, so I've been stuck on the f***ing elliptical for the last couple of weeks. Still making progress on cardio and weight loss, but I'm jonesing for a run.
5 this morning

4 miles in about 27 minutes.
great tempo yesterday followed by some strides - 4 miles in 22:38 + 8x100 meter strides. All in all 11 or 12.
Decided to chance the knee this morning. 4.6, including a PR for 5k and mile. I could feel the knee after I finished, but it seems fine now, a couple of hours later.
