Home from a 20 mile hike along a river trail. Had a nice 8 mile run.

Everytime I come here I hurt myself because the mornings are so much cooler than what I'm used to...Cape May. Sunday 4.5 miles, Monday 4 miles, Tuesday 4.5 miles, today 3.5...a few all beach runs, some streets, but some highlights:
Any particular reason for the mismatched shoes? I'm curious as to whether it has something to do with your feet.
Honestly I missmatched them because I wanted to try and relax at the start of the race so I figured I would do something dumb like that. The shoes are two different color ways of the same nike streak XC II. I have been having a hard time with the starts of 5k races, and I think it really helped me relax.

I ran 5 miles this morning, easily.
14 miles. Really enjoy the longer stuff in August on the way to 26.2 in October.

Thanks Sam...we're having a blast down here. 5.5 today, but came down with a cold AGAIN...sucks.
