7 verrrry easy in anticipation of 5k tomorrow. Not feeling great, so I think I need to adjust my expectations for the race. I may just leave the watch at home and run by feel.
62 miles for the week.

10 tonight @ about 7:20/mile. been trying to run a little slower average pace lately in hopes that it will be easier on my legs, so i have rarely been dipping under an average of 7 min pace for any of my runs lately. also been really hot/humid outside lately so thats causing me to slow up a little also.

ran 8.5 last night to give me 54 total for the week.

2.5miles. Wanted to run more but have a full day ahead of me.. at least I figured out a nice running route.

Running in Prague is pretty nice. I'm not going to lie though... those cobble stoned streets are VERY slippery when wet (and it was a light mist).

10 really muggy miles. I feel like I just got out of the pool. Always a 2x williamsburg bridge concept.

Lawrence- those pictures are awesome man! looks like a really cool place to run.
I had a pretty crappy race today - barely broke 18 minutes for 5k, but I kind of expected to have a rough go of it, just was not feeling good at the start. Went out poorly and came back even worse, but you can't have a great race every day and I am coming off of a string of good performances so I will not be beating myself up over it. Now its off to the beach for a little bit of 4th of July Mayhem.
Hope everyone enjoys the 4th

I'm glad I took off from NYC for a while... I could feel the summer depression heat just about setting in (usually 4th of july weekend or nathan's hot dog eating contest time)....

its middle 50's here in the morning... just perfect...

good job man... I can't really run in the heat.... I try to but end up just running after 9:30pm so at least the sun isn't bearing down.

I wish I could run that fast!

Prague is wicked awesome in the early early morning... it feels like a spy movie/period piece movie set.

Tomorrow will be a very interesting run... I think I will run where I walked around today.

I have to laugh at yankees complaining about the heat. It's been 100 degrees here every day for a month. And it stays in the 90s until after bed time this time of year.

On the other hand when it gets to about 30 here I am miserable. I find myself wondering how people live in places where there are regular below 0 temperatures.

My late afternoon run was ~2 miles. Planning on a longer run on the elliptical later tonight though.
