Damn, y'all are serious. I only did 3.5. Trying to get back into it after more than a month off.

I don't run anymore. I'd rather not have knee problems later in life.

    6.5 easy.

Was like 68 degrees, just a few clouds and the sky, light breeze...perfect running weather.

7.9 miles in 51:34 this morning in Central Park. Although my weekly mileage is down from my ultra training, my pace seems to be pretty strong. Just need to get a couple of good long training runs in and I should be ok for my marathon at the end of July.

Which marathon are you going for?

11 today, longest since the marathon. Ran down to the beach and went body surfing for an hour after my run. God I love the summer!
Probably ran about a 6:50 pace most of the way

I read LawrenceMD's advice in another thread to post miles as a motivator. Here I am.

Today I ran/walked about 1.6 miles today. I'm starting week 3 of the Couch to 5k program after taking a hiatus. During my break I started Crossfit and currently attend 3-4 sessions per week. I'm hoping to mix in 3 days of ct5k with 3-4 days of cf, 1 day of swimming, and 2 martial arts lessons per week.

11.6 today. It was gorgeous down by the water. Met my kids at the end and hung out in the park with em. We all took a nice afternoon nap. Cavatelli and Broc Rabe for dinner tonight, good times. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I'm running the Sommerville Road Runners Race around the Lake. It's a 24 hour race that has a marathon component. Not exactly the most exciting race in the world, but it's run in the evening and I'm using it to hopefully run a BQ.

    http://www.srr.org/events/annual_eve...hour/index.php

Ran 9.6 miles yesterday up at Harriman State Park in 2:10:19, with over 3,000 feet of elevation change.

5 miles, this morning. A good run. Upper 60s. Low humidity. Blue sky. No 'skeeters! This was heaven.
