WOW.

More dreadmill. Did a 5 mile negative split from 8:30 miles to my last was at 7:00 mile pace. All up hill.
Listened to:

8.9 Miles in 59 minutes
Good tempo run.
Picked up some new kicks today: Adidas Mana's
Light, flat and simple, with a bit more contour than a true racing flat.

Just a very easy 2 and change, followed by a light gym workout. Want to stay loose for the Prospect Park race tomorrow.

This morning, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, 5 miles through gorgeous trails. Didn't see a moose, though. Holy Wah!

A truly grueling run today, not sure why.

Grabbed this singlet yesterday. Coolest piece of running gear I own.
Day two in Adizero Manas is good.

Lets see a pic of the Mana's?

Got a pair of Peregrines today. Ill try them out tomorrow on the long run.
Set some goals this week to keep working towards, including a 50k (trail) at 5:30 or better.
These uphill only sessions are really bringing another level of fitness and speed.
Anyhow, TGIF!

after a rest day yesterday, back at it: 8 miles in 59:56. Probably need another rest day, or just better sleep.

Ran a really hard 13.1 tempo with a 4 mile cool down
one of those days that the garmin seems like a dangerous tool.

I felt decent on the cool down despite running a 1:26 half effort.
Possibly going to run next weeks long run sans garmin or in a group of folks, although I enjoyed pushing the pace.
