^ NYR, others, what headphones/earphones do you guys use while running? I need a pair that doesn't slip out of my ears constantly. Thanks!
I had that problem as well. Now I use JBuds.

^^ I run with Sony's W series walkman. Does not have an interface but is really lightweight, semi waterproof (you can rinse it in the sink) and stays affixed real nice.
19.5 in 2:15 tonight after 15 yesterday and 14.5 three days ago.
71 mile week - it was a struggle.

    11.5 yesterday.
Felt awesome, until I ran up the 4.5 mile home stretch....it was full of the crap that the snow plows threw up all over the path, so it was 8 inches of ice/slush, very slippery and wet.
No other option due to the route I picked (except back track or call for a ride).
Ran past some of the classic mansions in Lake Forest, will poast pics later.

4.5 early this morning on the damn treadmill, it was 4 degrees out and I was pressed for time....the upside, I set the incline to 4% and cranked at 7.4 mph and went.
I have meetings all day tomorrow, so I will have to run tomorrow night.

Ran to the track to warm up,
Then 3 x 1 mile in 5:27 5:43 5:57. Then run home. Running even a short track workout after some significant miles over the past few days was tough, but the only way to get faster is to run faster

^^^ funny you mention that. Today I was pressed for time and ended up cranking out a quick 2.7 miles in 18:35.

I thought I should have been faster but I was bundled up more than usual and think that probably slowed me up a bit.

    Really mellow 7.5 untimed.
Going to go work out with the San Diego Track Club tonight. Can't wait - I rarely run with other people so this will be nice!
edit: ran with track club and had an awesome time.
5+ total miles with a 5k drill and strides. Lots of fun.

4.5 miles, the first 3 were all hill repeats.
    last 1.5 was tempo.
I kind of feel like shit today. Its warmer today (22 degrees), so I am going to shoot for 9. Got to take advantage of the warmer days while I can.

Nice run (minus the patches of ice all over the place, fell 2 times), 9.5 miles with hill repeats at the lake for 20 minutes as the half time show.
Here are some pics from the soon to be frozen Lake MI and some houses that I passed on the way....

dam man, you got some scenic routes for a run. i only got strip malls and commercial buildings with drive-by shooters (or that is what i think when a car drives up when i run at night)
