This morning, 4 miles in 28 minutes. Yes! Temperature was 50 degrees with a 20 mph wind. At last, we have decent running weather after a week of 90 degree, high humidity days.

Great morning for a run here, too. I've been trying to bounce back from practically no running at all.

3.6 miles this morning, which is a distance breakthrough for me on my bounce back.

My wife has been doing a running program that does runs interspersed with walks. I've been doing those with her (in addition to my own running), which has allowed me to add a lot of low stress miles during the week. I think it's helped quite a bit.

6.75 in about 55 minutes. Actually ran from my spot in Greenpoint into Manhattan to Katz's deli, resisting the urge to go in and eat a pastrami. Would have made for a difficult return trip.

Today: 5.3 miles, 43:33. Felt good but getting anxious to crank up the mileage.

15.89 miles in 2:35 on the trails of Harriman State Park yesterday - so much more enjoyable than laps in the city, even if i'm moving slower (There was over 5,000 ft of elevation change during the run which i'm sure contributes to that)

4 miles in 32:33 this morning. Incidentally this is the first time in a long time I've run four days consecutively. Tomorrow I rest for a road trip.

10 miles yesterday in 1:50, next week there's the 10 mile race and I'll try to be a bit quicker.
Got some chafing on my inner thighs, but that'll heal.
