a slow ass 3.4 miles today. Twisted my knee yesterday while doing some bs around the house and it has been somewhat sore and tight all day. Decided to go on a short run to see if it would loosen up at all and well, it didn't. Good thing I guess though is that it didn't hurt anymore and is only a little bit swollen.

6.71 miles this morning. Started about 5:00 a.m. and finished a few minutes before 6:00 a.m. My pace was 8.42/mile. After warming up, I was running four minutes steady and would then sprint for just over a minute. The hills here are very tame so I have to do what I can to mix it up a bit.

4.69km, first run for months. Feeling very sore, but it's the first step in a long road to get back into shape for my wedding next year. Wish me luck!

pushed my 3yo nephew with a jog stroller (that his parents never use) around lake merced here in San Fran. its a 4.5mile run around the lake (that i've done whenever i visit) but damn it was hard to push a kid in a jog stroller... my arms hurt.

I did that in college...but the run was about 4 miles.

5k tonight...shoulda stretched it out into a 5-miler though. Gah! I've gotten so freakin' lazy with increasing distances. I think I need to just download some new music or something.
