Intended to do a flattish ride in Marin, but the wind was too strong for a sane crossing of the bridge. Loop of the city instead! Chase Center was abuzz with NBA All-Star activity.

Got in a run yesterday. Had some intermittent rain throughout the run as we were on the south edge of some substantial rain.

New job has been taking up most of my old daily free time to workout. Yesterday I got in a ruck in the evening and may do the gym later. Could be the push to figure out a more robust home gym setup but I like the idea of getting out of the house.

It’s hard to beat the home setup in terms of reliability and efficiency, but getting outside kinda trumps all that.

~7 miles yesterday in the snow/mud. The river next to the greenway flooded over the weekend brining a bunch of mud. The snow yesterday covered all the sloppy mud in this one section next to a field. The field ended up being less muddy than the greenway and partially frozen.

Run yesterday on the normal path. Most of the mud was dried up but still a couple sketchy patches. This morning was a gym session.

13.1 miles of soggy and slushy gravel, and then I rode 4.65 miles with my oldest son. Temps were in the mid sixties when I started, so that snow is melting fast.

A bit over 10 "miles" last night. Fairly intense 74 minute intervals workout which I abandoned after about 45 minutes. I spent the day on my feet, and I just didn't have it in me.
