How many miles did you run today?

10.1 miles this morning. After the initial 1+ mile warm-up I ran 5k at 21:37, so slightly faster than the 22:06 I ran a few weeks ago. I'll try again in early September to see if I can shave yet a few more seconds off.

Got my afternoon run in yesterday. Scared someone at my turn around point as it seems like I turned around to initially follow/attack someone or at least that's how I portray it in my mind. It usually causes a laugh on both ends.

25.2 road miles on the new 30mm slick tires. I got rained at towards the end and the wind was blowing the wrong direction to make the ride fast.

22.6 road miles between school dropoff and pickup. I did 15 of those miles on my way to pick up the kids after school. We got rained on for the 1.6 miles home.

I try to run like 3 days a week but today I did not run. Yesterday I was running 10 miles

8 miles this morning with some 100m and 200m intervals at the track. Speaking of the track... it was packed today! There were three people there when I arrived just after 6:30 a.m. and then three more showed up while I was running my intervals. All seven of us where there for a bit and when I left there were still five others there. I got a little bit later start than normal but that's still the most I've seen there at the same time in at least a few years.

3.1 mile ride this morning, and 3.1 mile run this afternoon. Both were to the kids’ school and back.

I hit my weekly target of 24 miles with this one. I think I have found the schedule to run on the reg. I doubt I could eclipse 35 miles very easily under its format but that might be okay for now.

Friday I got in a run but had a horrible nights sleep on Thursday so I stopped at roughly 6 miles and walked in the remaining 1.3 miles. Yesterday was a gym session.

36.8 gravel miles today, bringing my mileage for the week up to 119.3 miles.

8 and change miles yesterday. Legs weren't feeling it so it was at about a 10/min mile pace.
