Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

My effort to ride every day in June is half complete. Pretty gassed today, though, and my neighbor is fit enough to put me in the box if I try to keep up with him.

Rode to a meeting yesterday at the slowest speed for 9 miles mostly in Z1. This was my biggest week since November, and I haven’t consistently ridden this much since last spring. I’m whupped!

I’ve only walked today, 2.4 miles for school bus dropoff and pickup. I’ll do some kettlebell work later.

Here’s last week cycling stats.

We are on similar trajectories. :)

I should add that there were a bunch of shorter rides in April and May that I didn’t track or add to Strava. But yeah, this last week was probably my biggest in several years. I’ve finally come back around to enjoying the riding.

15 min warmup
4x 800m at 3:20 per
4x 400m at 1:30 per
15 min cooldown

Felt fantastic compared to Saturday's run (scheduled at 4x 1 mile at 7:00 per), which was done on 3 hours sleep in a very dehydrated state at the hottest part of the day, which made me completely fell apart and had to stop regularly.

On a 10yr anniversary trip with my wife. Running on the promenade along the ocean every morning is enjoyable along with the people watching. Roughly 5 and change miles each morning
