20.1 mile gravel ride, and I knocked almost a minute off of my favorite Strava segment, which includes a substantial section of fairly technical singletrack.

Passed by a female. In general, I run in the middle of the day when it is hot so not many people out but the morning had a ton of people.
This was a very common occurrence for me back when I was running. Still pretty common on the bike, too.

3.6 miles walking yesterday, along with 50 minutes of kettlebell work in the newly cleared space in the basement. 15-year old 42” plasma tv for scale (watching Paris Roubaix)…

Now that is an old TV. Our plasma died in 2016 as I had to get a new TV to watch Lebron James win the NBA championship during his return to Cleveland.

This was in the living room at our old house on a wall mount. The sellers of the new place left the 75” tv the had, and I’m not complaining. I’ll park my trainer in front of this one until I can get a theater setup there.

Two miles walking yesterday, just walking with my kid to his friend’s house, then walking back to pick him up later.

Today, 21.5 miles of gravel, trails, and paved roads. I even took my cross bike down one of the jump trails at the bike park.
