5.0 tonight in 30:27 - mile splits of 6:36, 6:16, 5:52, 5:57, 5:47. Last 2 miles were a little tough, but still it felt good to run faster than normal for those last 3... i feel like im slowly but surely getting my fitness back.

4 miles in 30 minutes.....way faster for me.
First run since my 18 miler on Sunday.
I guess the hill repeats and long runs are paying off.

BTW those are some seriously fast runs above!

Lawrence, what was your 1/2 time?

I ran 12 miles today, it was really windy, really cold, and sleeted on me.[IMG]

8 miles tonight in 59 minutes. Started getting a bit cold. Legs are feeling surprisingly good, felt like I could have gone faster but I kept it slow just trying to get the mileage in.

4 miles this morning (30:19), between classes, taxes, and a potential road trip coming up this weekend I've not been able to load up on the mileage, but also haven't gotten much sleep, either.

Finished week 7 of the 13 week walk/run program just now. I did 4 miles in 42 minutes, which included seven one-minute intervals of walking in between.
I've got a local 10km event scheduled around the time I finish the program. Then start working on better pace and do the 10 mile Dam to Dam run in Amsterdam in September (35000 entries).

5 miles in 37 min. Didn't feel to good out there today after playing 18 holes of golf and 3 hours of basketball yesterday.

Taking it slow today, 4.3 miles in 40 minutes. I have some pain in my right calf since a few days, need to watch that.
