I took the visiting friends climbing today at Eldorado Canyon. I climbed four different routes, but took it super easy since my left middle finger tendon is still hurting. Here are a couple shots of my oldest son on the 5.6 Simple Simon Slab. He didn’t finish it, but I think he’s really close.

Since no one got it, the house is the house used for exterior shots of Mindy’s house in Mork & Mindy.
Sorry but I don’t even know what Mork & Mindy is. I’m guessing a TV show

I watched that show, and I didn't recognize it. But I also probably haven't watched an episode since it went off the air 40 years ago.
Scroll down to the very first entry on his IMDB page, and you’ll see that Mork was his first role.
Mork & Mindy was actually a Happy Days spinoff. Mork first appeared on that series.

Back on topic, I couldn't get away from work in time for the weekly group ride, so I did this instead:

7.3 miles last night. I watched Mork & Mindy when I was a kid. I recall it being funny.

8 "miles" this evening.

Bought a new saddle for the trainer bike to match the one on my road bike. After many miles, decided that the saddle I've been using just isn't great for sustained seated sessions. I'll transfer it to the gravel bike where I think it will work better. I took advantage of the switch to dial in the setup to match my road bike as closely as possible given the limitations of different frame geometries and components.

8.5 miles this morning while the car was in for service. Super slow pace and multiple stops but cooler and enjoyable overall

30 “miles” between two back-to-back workouts. I think combined they account for my longest trainer session to date. Got some new Castelli Free Aero bibs yesterday, and they worked well with the new saddle.

These 7-min intervals started over threshold at high-ish cadence, then gradually backed off at a lower cadence:

Second session was 2-min threshold intervals at 50-60 rpm:
