Nice cold front to go biking in.25.2 miles cycling on a mix of gravel and paved roads. Temps were in the low 90s.
Update on my lifts. Some were done in kilos while others were done in lbs.
Snatch- 80kg/176.4 lbs up 4.4lbs
C&J- 245lbs/111.11 kg up 5 lbs
Front squat- 295lbs/133.78kg up 20 lbs
Haven’t been able to properly train and test back squat and deadlift due to injuries. I’m hoping to do a 10 week training block for both starting in October and test in mid December.
