Maybe this is a better illustration of what I think @Piobaire is talking about. With road bars, I think this is caused by using handlebars that are positioned too close to the seat. In mountain biking, this posture is fairly normal, especially with the extra wide bars that are the norm these days.Isn't that a normal riding position (somewhat)?
