Work?!Yesterday I did a 10 mile loop starting/ending at the casa. I'm testing out a couple loops that I figure I can do in under an hour so I can slip out before or after work and get in a ride. Over 1000 feet of climbing in that 10 miles so I figure not a bad 50 or so minute ride just to keep it going once I start the new gig. One longer ride on the weekend and 2-3 shorter rides is what I hope to keep up along with 3x weekly weights.
