I'd be thrilled to get 1,000+ feet of gain over less than 7 miles (or 200' on such a short lap out of my front door).So my new neighborhood is 1.35 miles for one lap. 5 laps put me at 6.8 miles and 1,045ft gain so a decent amount though repetitive. Next up is other neighborhood to see what they have to offer
I got in 11.92 miles this morning (I'm kicking myself for not running around the loop of my driveway and my neighbor's driveway to get me 12 miles even) at an 8:28/mile pace. Nearly double the length of jbarwick's run, but I only got about 400' of elevation gain, and I was surprised that it was even that much!
