Finally made it out and got in 5 miles on pancake flat greenway. Felt great to get back out there after a week of nothing.

Yeah I have found around mile 7 is when I start getting spent neurologically but 8 miles is what gets me physically tired throughout the day.What kind of a runner are you??? That's when you start doing your sprint program!!!

I see what you did there...I have gone with more fanciful names for mine in Strava. My Felt, in honor of its color scheme, is Black, White, and Rode All Over
