Maybe I should make the switch. However I was looking at pictures of people I went to (the equivalent of) high school with and let's just say I feel absolutely gorgeous and well-preserved, to say nothing of the way they dress and their taste in interior decoration. Oh and 30-40-something people usually scare me with their mortgage payment, careers and family vacations, not that there is anything wrong with any of these things in and out of themselves.

Yes...I tend to skew a bit younger myself, but in my case skewing younger means dating women that are still 8-9 years older than you...so...

And all of those things probably should scare you.

I am 99% happily married (no one is ever 100% IMO) so this is all academic. If I were ever to suddenly find myself single again, I'd enjoy the lifestyle at this point. The ones at 30, that frequent these places, seem to have jobs/careers, know who they are and often look pretty damn hawt. The old Piob could certainly share his sausage with them.

Also, no matter how old you get, the women in these places stay the same age.

"We may get older but there will always be young girls." Chris Marker (not that he meant it in that creepy way, he's just an old man wandering around Paris, filming beauty-and cats-).

To my surprise, that is a lot of white/asian. Any possible explanation?

s. He was 83 at the time (2004) and is certainly too romantic to go trolling for young things attracted to the huuuuge amount of money an underground filmmaker may have around. When that dude says it there isn't a hint of vulgarity.

I have not dated many women yet who were significantly younger than me (just dinner with one or two and have talked with several in bars), but when you get beyond a certain point it's difficult to have enough of a common frame of reference in life, IMO.

Women in their 20's today have generally grown up on a different planet from me and are living through a stage of life that, while I enjoyed it at the time, I basically left behind many years ago. They are certainly beautiful, but I've not met one yet that I though I could stand to be around (or that could stand to be around me) for more than a few hours at a time.

That said, several of my 40 something buddies have had 20 something girlfriends. The girls enjoy the lifestyle and the men enjoy the sex. Just not something that I'm able to get my head around (so to speak).
