Maybe if you are lucky you'll get one of the very-rare United, Continental, or Delta charter flights. The military actually uses them on occasion and I understand the service is unparelleled.

About 10 flights this year, so not too bad. My company did get into a pissing match with USAir, so we're not supposed to fly with them anymore. Makes travel a hassle, 'cause in many cases I can no longer fly out of the Philly airport.
