How good is this leather jacket?

im not sure of this is the right section but
what do you guys think of this leather jacket im thinking of buying

1) Looks like a shirt rather than a jacket
2) Leather looks thin / not of good quality
3) Leather items should be fitted, but pic looks like a bag

If you like it, buy it. I'd not pay more than $30 for it.
