How does this Suit fit?

I've been looking for a cheaper first suit for a while(wear one maybe 2 times a year). I was browsing a Jcrew Factory store yesterday to kill time and some how found a navy suit and they had one pair of pants in a 30/30 that fit me(Felt like a miracle, need to get them slim'd down though). I got it for $153 with discounts. How does this fit? Its a 38S and the body of the jacket seems on the short side but they didnt have a 38R. Also I see an issue with my left should and I have that with virtually every jacket I've tried on in my search for a suit. If I keep it what I should I get done?

I've read the article before but I am new to suits and dont have a good eye for them. I have smaller shoulders but a bigger chest and it makes things fit funny. I have a 39" chest which makes 36's never fit but 38's can feel too big in the shoulders. How much could a 36 be let out? They are always really tight when I button them. Should I get a 36 and have it let out so the shoulders fit better? I am just looking for some honest feedback.

i'm no tailor but i think the fit looks pretty good, a little odd pulling in the back (im no tailor) and some puckering in the shoulders - it should be noted there's a fit & alteration feedback thread specifically for issues like this.

[...] OP, post your pics in tailor feedback thread.

Yes.

And try to get some better pictures. The camera seems to be angled down, which makes it difficult to judge length with any certainty.

Be sure you're standing naturally, as you usually would. Don't pose.

Cheers,

Ac

Looks ok to me, however, I'd need to look more closely at the area near your left armpit from the back. Seems to have a bit too much fabric "bunched up". Again, it could also just be the photo...

My bad, I did a search but all I saw was individual threads and didnt see a designated thread. I will repost it later.
