I would say

Coo-chih-nelly, with the emphasis on the 'e' in 'nelli', is even more accurate

Parlo Italiano e questo è corretto. In Italian 'cc' is pronounced like ch. Tradernick is more correct because he has the emphasis on the 'chin-elly.'

i'd imagine it's a higher schwa than the straight up mid central one--maybe i with a bar across it (i dunno what that symbol is called).

I'm not trying to rag on anyone, but's it's not spelled "Cuccinelli". It's Cucinelli.

It's pronounced broo-nel-lo coo-chi-nel-li, ragazzi.
