How do you contact the Waterbury Button Company?

On a recommendation from this forum, I tried contacting the Waterbury Button Company for a set of Harvard University traditional brass buttons for a blazer. They haven't replied in two weeks and I think their email is busted. Anyone know how to inquire about special orders from them?

I really feel for this Harvard grad stint, I guess.

Thanks. I was hoping to avoid the long distance call though.

Josepidal, there's Tender Buttons in NYC. Don't know whether they have a website and don't have their phone number, but they're reputed to be phenomenal.

Ben Silver is a relatively famous maker of school blazer buttons.

I believe that they have some sort of relationship with Benson & Clegg who does something similar in the UK. Not sure if they have a common supplier...

The last time I asked, no one mentioned anything but waterbury. Okay, which is the best bet for a blazer I'd plan to use for a while?

If thinman is correct, there may be no difference at all.
