What do you use for everyday? Do you switch? If so, based on what?

Wallet, card case, money clip (magnetic?, metal?), something else?

What do you use, what did you buy, and why?

I keep switching what I use from a Wallet, to a metal money clip, to a card case, back to a metal money clip, and now I'm looking at the Purple Label Gator magnetic money clip and their less expensive Ralph Lauren leather magnetic money clip. I like the size/slimness of a money clip, but it's a little limiting and sometimes hard to pull stuff out. Then a wallet is easy to pull stuff out and holds it all, but is large.

Thoughts?

Could there possibly be anything more classy than a purple rubber band off of the asparagus stalks? That's what I use. Well, maybe a green Hermes rubber breast band but other than that, I can't think of a thing that works better.

I'm a minimalist when it comes to carrying cards and cash. No carrying device. Just cards and cash itself. Cards in front pocket. Cash in back.

i switch around between clips / bands / bi-folds, but now i go with a front pocket wallet for every-day use -- enough for license, 2-3 cards and a few bills. not the prettiest / most well constructed, but it works.

I recently bought a silver card case from Tiffany. keeps my ID and CC. I keep whatever cash I have folded in my jacket pocket.

Breast wallet if I'm wearing a jacket. Money clip if I'm not.

Small thin wallet with six slots for cards and one bill section. Forces me to carry only what I actually need, not that I was ever in danger of the Costanza wallet.

Is it the thinness that makes it fit the breast pocket?
