How do you all feel about this blazer?

Please provide me with feedback on this blazer. I have made a recent change in position with my company that will call for a change in dress. My office is allows for jeans so I traditionally dress in jeans or trousers and a dress shirt, only wearing suits when meeting with clients. My new position will call for a blazer/sportcoat look more often than not. Thanks for the feedback.

The one thing I don't like is that it is non-vented. That is a deal breaker for me.

Three button, non-vented, not really my cup of tea (I prefer two button with side vents). I also wear 44L and don't care for how long a 3B coat makes my torso look. The look of a two button helps to mitigate my height.

Also, $350.00 is a little more than I would care to pay for.

The vent issue is what scares me as well. I have never worn a non-vented coat and would prefer side vents as well. Also, it states that it is a 3 button but the picture shows it to be a 2 button.

Looks like a suit coat that is missing its trousers. If that's your price point and you want a new blazer have a look at O'Connell's.

It looks old - the cuts all a bit strange and baggy. Im not convinced its 100%. Unless its a made under licence piece. Just doesnt look very italian to me. But then a lot has to do with how well a suit is put on a bust form - which should tell you something in itself.

It's most likely an orphaned suit jacket being passed off as a blue blazer.

The non-vented nature, 3-button stance makes me think late 90's edition.

Asking $350 is just crazy.

By the way, there is nothing wrong with a non-vented jacket, it's just that it is not "fashionable". Wait about 10 years and non-vented jackets will be all the rage again. That said, I prefer my odd jackets with side vents.

I would agree that this is most likely a suit jacket. No doubt it's authentic. The reason it appears to be baggy is it's a 44L hanging on bust made for a smaller size.

The original retail tag is $1,295 which is about standard for full Canali suit, some run upwards $1,500. The logo is the latest so it's not that old of a style.

If you are still interested after this thread you can always make low BIN offer.
