I cannot figure out how to adjust this adjustable bow tie to my neck size!

Any instructions or help would be greatly appreciated!

I tried putting the hook through the loop... but then what? Am I missing an extra metal piece or something?

Pull the ring of one section over the tail-piece of the other section. Then you fold it over in a 'U' figuration and bury the the metal 'T' in the correct length setting,

if you see, you put it back through the loop and hook it into the seam.

My lord, thank you! So obvious when you know what to look for, but so confusing when you don't!

You are wonderful, I'd totally missed the little slits on the back too! Nice one.
