How do I shrink my unsaforized jeans?

I just recently received my Evisu #1's which are unsanforized which puts it about 2-3 inches too long for me (im 6'3). I bought them waist 34 but again being unsanforized it runs about 36. Im wondering how long I should soak them in hot water to get a 2-3 inch shrinkage? Also should I stretch the waist while wet because im afraid it might shrink more than the 2 inches needed?

EDIT: Oh yeah I bought my jeans from evisu.com, the link is http://shop.evisu.com/collections/me...-kaedama-jeans

Yes, and spray your thighs with pam before you put them on while damp, that will cause them to stop any shrinking going on.

A simple search or any damn looking at all would have answered your question. That said, you should have posted in the 'quick questions' thread: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=33849 Your answer is a hot soak. Use damned hot water and soak until the water has cooled. Try on while still wet. If too tight, wear and stretch while wet until they dry to get them a bit more comfortable. Damn, it's hard breaking the douche habit.

Hostile... I like it.

While I have your attention I just want to ask another quick question. After the hot water soakage, will I be able to freely wash / dryer my jeans without any further shrinkage? Or should I hang dry while washing in cold water.

Thanks again for the help, I really appreciate it.

If you can simultaneously wash and dry at the same time, do it. Also let us know how.

Im not to savy when it comes to denim but I think i know my fare share. Just throw em in the wash insideout (so they dont fade) on the hottest setting without any detergant and let them hang dry after there done washing that should shrink them.
