My friend that works at the store here got me one of those with the employee discount, but it's a size too big and i removed the tag. Whats the best way to shrink it down a size? just wash really hot and dry really hot? I'm kind of scared that i will shrink it too much.

I think you can or cannot shrink dress and casual shirts the same way. If it is made of all cotton I think you might be able to with cold water and putting it in the dryer. I tried many times to shrink a favorite dress shirt of mine that had a small percentage of polyester but never was successful.

I'd be wary of shrinking anything...the torso might be right but the sleeves could get shorter than you want.

Those things shrink anyway. I wouldn't say significantly but definitely noticeable. If you wash it hot and dry it hot then it will definitely shrink.

Yeah, wash it warm then dry warm, it will shrink some. If that's not enough try washing warm then drying hot. Unless it's white, don't wash it hot or it will fade/bleed.

Mine shrink when I washed it warm and high dry, but i would not say that is shrunk down a size...AND it eventually stretched back out after 2 wears...

i really like that raglan, but the small is too big and the xs is too small for me! because of that, i just wear mine at home...

drying will shrink it, but you know how crappy AA stitching is (made in LA!), you will probably get massive twisting and weird shapes afterwards.
