1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Wait, you smell that?
the mansion will have all the pieces you are seeking. they will have multiples in the size you desire. the prices will be better than online with an extra 24% off. the sales associate will describe to you their inventory and give you the exact prices. they will accept your phone order, credit card number and ship to your address overnight and free of charge. they will also place a hershey's kiss with your order.

should i expect to pay more ordering from the mansion?

NO!!!! You will be paying a lot LESS ordering from stores!

In addition to saving on the pricing of the item you are ordering, you will also be saving sales tax (unless you live in NJ or Oregon).

    Steps you need to take:

    1) Call any Polo stores outside of your state. (Mansion is not ideal since that store is too busy)

    2) Tell the SA that you've saw something online but polo.com does not carry your size

    3) Ask the SA for his/her email address so you can send the link to him. That way he will know exactly what you want.

    4) Polo has a pretty sophisticated system where the SA can locate any items across the country

    5) The item(s) will be shipped to you (no tax) just $15 shipping (they might waive that if you ask)

Remember, from now on, use Polo.com as a source for information. You should always order from the stores to save a few extra bucks!

CALL THEM [IMG] I'm sure the sales associates will be more than helpful since they work on commission.

+1. Many items on the website are priced substantially less in stores. For example, I paid $388.00 for a duffel that's regularly $1395.00; however, the web has the coat listed on sale at $979.00.

You are lucky! It doesn't matter. No one can charge you taxes. If you live close to Short Hills or Princeton, go to the store and see if they carry the item(s) you want.

If they don't and you want to save the $15 shipping and don't mind going back to stores, have the items ship to the store and you pick up there.

Dude, just pick up the fucking phone on Monday and call them. It's not like you lost the nuclear football and need to alert someone immediately.

If you can't figure all this out for yourself you should probably give up on clothes all together. I recommend wearing a recession-era rain barrel.

Wait! It is crucial that you have someone experienced handle this difficult transaction for you. In that regard, I suggest you PM me your credit card info, and I'll take care of the whole thing.
