How do I match up to the attached dress?

It depends a little on what the invitation reads. If it reads "black tie attire", then traditionally you would wear a black tux, white dress shirt, black bow tie, and nicely folded white pocket square.

If it is slightly less formal then stick to black for the suit/tux and white for the dress shirt. Find a matching vest/cummerbund and necktie/bow tie to the dress. This could be a little challenging of a picture alone. I recommend you take the dress to the store with you to ensure a true color match. fabrics sometimes look really different on pictures...

As a rule when it come to night wear, less is more:

no stripes or checks on the suit, plain white shirt, black shoes, then have some fun with the tie and square.

BTY - have fun with your date - if her attitude and face match her body - then you are a lucky guy.
