How do I get the rolled collar look (like Harry from Spooks)?

Remove the collar stays I would imagine.

Not even sure if it's hidden. I think I can see the glint of a button on the right (his left) side.

Anyway, you are right, something is holding the collar in that shape.

I think it's a hidden button/tab. Looks good.

It buttons behind the tie knot.

I don't think his is a tab though because it's much too wide spread. I think it's a button-down, possibly with hidden buttons.

That was my first thought.

To the OP- there are various ways to do hidden BD's. A common method is a simple loop under each side of the collar.

The reason I think tab though is how the collar curves in.

Either way- either solution will accomplish this look.

I have this Corneliani ID shirt which has hidden buttons and its collar rolls similarly. The buttons go under the collar and you'd never know they were there unless you opened them up (I really hate visible buttons, I didn't even notice they were there when I first tried it on). Oh, and as an added bonus, a **** fit, and my wife says I look skinny in it. http://www.sierratradingpost.com/p/0...e-For-Men.html
