I've recently tried to losing weight and putting more thought into what I wear. I read an article over the weekend about thrifting and how to tell if a suit is well-made. Today I decided to stop by my local Goodwill and I found a vintage Southwick suit in excellent condition. It's amazing how it immediately it stood out to the rest of the suits just by touching it. It has an old, musty smell but nothing a good airing out and dry cleaning won't get rid of. The tag said $15.99 but when I went to check out, the scanner said $13.99 so the lady at the front just lopped the original price in half and I walked out paying only $8 for it! It doesn't fit right now but it's feasible if I get down to my goal weight. I know my current suit size but how do I determine what size the suit is?
