    Heaviest was 194 lbs (88 kg) 4 months ago. Moved to a different country and the first month was all restaurant and no gym, so I'm probably between 175 and 185 now. Goalweight is pretty much 185 lean.

    5'8 a little over 180lbs. My normal in shape weight is 172-176 so I need to lose about 5 lbs.

    6'2, 221, probably about 12% bf right now. on a cut right now. biggest strongest I have ever been was 2004: was 288lbs at 13% bf; 54 chest, 37 waist at the time

    5'7 or 5'8 can't remember and 143 lbs as of this afternoon :embar:

    But... I'm also making some progress. Three months ago I was 135. Ideally would like be around 160.
