Your link doesn't work. Repost. I own a pair of Frye harness boots - I consider them classic.

+1. Got my Frye harness boots in 2002. Worn several times a week. The most comfortable boots I've ever had for walking or on the Harley. Had new heels a couple of times but they still have many years in them. Also the best looking footwear to pair with well worn jeans bar none.

Ok, your link works now. Yes, the harness is obviously totally different style than what you posted.

The brand is very good - they've been around quite awhile, and the harness model is kind of considered a classic as far as biker boots or just wearing with jeans, as Ianiceman said. I would imagine their other models such as the one you are looking at would also be very well made.

They would be good for winter depending wear you live. You can waterproof them. They aren't lined, so if you are going to be outside for long and your environment is cold, you would want warm wool socks or something.

They are mostly meant to be worn with jeans or maybe khakis. Pretty casual. I like the looks of them, and as I say, Frye is a great brand.
