How and what products to use to get rid of spots of spots on leather?

I found myself caught in some unexpected rain and a bit of snow while wearing these Allen Edmonds Fifth Avenue oxfords. These spots appeared and they've been there ever since.
I've brushed them, polished them, used leather cleaner, and nothing gets rid of these spots.

Any advice on what to do? Or what products can be used to get rid of spots on leather?

Whew! With a name like that I thought you were trying to get rid of Paul Allen’s blood.

have you tried a water and vinegar mixture?

Ironically it was last Halloween when I was dressed up as Patrick Bateman with a raincoat and fake blood that I did that caught in the elements, so there you go.

But thanks, I will definitely be giving that a try and seeing if it does the trick.

I did that one Halloween, and everyone kept calling me Dexter until I gave up on correcting them.
