Anyone have any experience with this system? My doorframe pullup bar continues to fail me and I can't install a wall-mounted bar...

No experience with it, but I would be concerned about stability if you plan on doing any sort of kipping. Also, for much cheaper you could get a pair of rings if you have some place to hang them.

I'm on P90X and unfortunately their pullup bar doesn't fit my door.

I'm really at my wits' end on this. I can't install any sort of regular pullup bar because 1) my walls have metal studs not wooden ones and 2) my door frames are aluminum so I can't install the very basic ones.

The one I currently use either constantly falls off or threatens to when I'm in the middle of working out.

But OP, do not buy that tower. That tiny thing for that much money is a gimmick in a satchel.

Any other suggestions?

I like this because of the storage factor, i.e. i can fold it up after a workout and stick it in my closet along with my dumbbells, mat and push up bars.

The one suggested by wiscogooner above wouldn't work? How big is your door frame? What sort of bar are you using now?

It includes a "bespoke shoulder bag" though!
