Many tailors have their own sources and will be happy to get you some. A haberdasher would be a more direct option. I believe there are some online stores too, but I'm not familiar with them. I'm sure someone else will reply soon.

23L cuffs and vents on topcoats
30L sb jacket/suit fronts
35L db jacket/suit fronts
40L sb topcoat fronts
45L db topcoat fronts

The above sizes refer to real horn. Other materials such as metal, MoP and corozo are not always available. It is getting increasingly difficult to find 30L and 35L as manufacturers would prefer to make/supply a generic 32L.

20 Ligne = 1/2" dia. = 12.700 MM

25 Ligne = 5/8" dia. = 15.875 MM

30 Ligne = 3/4" dia. = 19.050 MM

32 Ligne = 13/16" dia. = 20 MM

35 Ligne = 7/8" dia. = 22.225 MM

40 Ligne = 1" dia. = 25.400 MM

45 Ligne = 1-1/8" dia. = 28.58 MM

check the yellow pages. if there is a tailors supply house in your town.
then just go right in, you dont have to be a tailor to buy there.
just bring cash, they dont take credit cards.

Another alternative is to go to a thrift store, find an old higher quality suit (eg, a moth ridden Oxxford), buy it for not much and harvest the buttons.
