I recently purchased a navy sport coat with suede elbow patches, similar to PSG's Cucinelli.

The jacket I bought, however, has leather buttons and I want to get them replaced with horn/bone buttons. So, I have a couple questions: 1) Are PSG's buttons a very light horn or bone? 2) Any one have a source where I can purchase buttons like his? I've found a bone button online (link), but there aren't any for the jacket cuffs. BTW, if anyone has a b&m source in Los Angeles, that would be GREAT!! Thanks!!

The buttons are definitely horn. I can provide a picture if it helps.

I have a source that would have it, but it's in San Francisco: http://www.britexfabrics.com/

Thanks!!

Is it possible to order online/over the phone?

No I'm in Europe and I ordered direct from them.

I'm sure it is, but they have thousands upon thousands of buttons. Their horn button selection is bigger than anything on any website. I can stop by this weekend and see if I can find a good comparable button. PM me if you're interested.
