Anyone have any idea? Doesn't look like shoulder slope issue; tailor suggest extending the shoulder measurement by 0.5" on each side. Looks to me like shoulders fit!

Not sure where you get your shirts but Proper Cloth has a “square shoulder” option which is designed to address this issue if the yoke is already the proper width

it is totally related to shoulder slope. Square shoulder adjustment isn't enough here. Need to adjust for forward shoulder. Just squaring the shoulder won't get it where it should be. The yoke isn't sitting in the right place on the shoulder

The tailor suggested extending the shoulder lines to fix this on the next order; do you think that will solve the issue? If not, do you know of any custom shirt maker in the NYC area who can resolve this?

I also sent pictures to the tailor (Luxire) and that was their suggestion - not sure why they aren't suggesting a "square and forward shoulder" fix if that is different from what extending the shoulder line will do.

Thanks!

If extending the shoulder corrects this, post a picture.

Cego, Paris and Geneva are the only shirt makers I know in NYC. Gambert is in New Jersey
