1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

That is a good question because in this day with identity theft one could be evicted and have debt put upon them to cause repossession or sale to pay off debts in the worst case. Essentially having your possessions stolen in a non life threatening way. At that point I would use the legal system, my friends and family to at the very least stop the theft and at best to recover possessions and bring the thief the justice. I may want to kill him, but I would not kill him to make him stop. edit: well at least let me clarify that last statement to be that I sincerely hope I would not kill him since I have not been in the situation as outlined above and don't believe in absolutes in human nature.
You seem to be under the impression you have a decent shot a finding the thief. You cannot prosecute the thief if you do not have his identity. In reality, I have been informed it is unlikely, in the event you did not confront the robber that he would be caught (10% or less).

I could never pwn you j. Your sense of humor is more refreshingly dry than one of my infamous martinis.
