Seeing Carrie bouncing up and down on the Brody was not a pretty sight.
To be honest I cringed until the flipped to Saul's face.
    That was a LOL moment.

Really interesting episode, seemed like it ended in the middle to me. I thought it was a trap, that guys would get arrested (or killed) by the burger bar, the FBI would go there and get blown up. The reporter knew that Brody would be at home.. Then it ended. Guess I was wrong.

Totally didn't understand why Quinn was going to shoot Brody for...

    The plot thickens.

I think the CIA is kind of in a shit spot in terms of what to do with Brody. He's admitted to being part of a large terrorist plot and has played them (the CIA) for a fool, at the same time he's lining up to be the next vice president. Letting him just walk away and hoping he stays out of trouble may not be the best solution as far as they are concerned. Killing him is probably the least messy and lowest risk way to deal with it.

"Saul Berenson: IRS agent" is definitely a spinoff idea I could get behind. That deadpan when the police chick called his bluff, awesome.

Otherwise very good ep as far as building the tension. I didn't know how they'd follow up last week but they managed to murk up a lot of characters this week, to the point where Carrie seems the only simple one to figure out haha. Didn't totally catch everything about the guy Quinn talked to on the bus: he's basically a top-level guy that only works on the very top secret stuff that the CIA doesn't even want its own staff knowing about?

Only 3 more eps to go!

Not the first time we've seen 'em. Also, her short hair is very off-putting.

As do I, but I don't think it's very flattering on her (at least when naked).

just think - they'll never have to stop and move their hair out of the way while they're waxing your carrot.

A good friend of mine recently started watching the show and is a few eps into season 2. He was a little upset with the scene where Brody texts Abu Nazir to warn him the CIA is about to blow his brains out (not in so many words). He thought it was one of the most unrealistic, silliest things he'd seen on TV. How do you guys feel about that scene?

They had to find some way of doing it, they couldn't kill him and then say thanks for watching the show! I was a bit like "Oh, come on.. Really?!" when it happened though..

I guess they could've simply not had that scene. Just show Abu Nazir and his men getting tipped off and that's it. Writers can worry about figuring out what to do with this new secret mole later.
