Bird is doing well. Seem to be on track for about a 1-2pm eat time. Been on for just about 3 hours at 225 and we are temping at 130. Cranking up to 300.

Going to smoke the corn for an hour and finish in the air fryer. We did an experiment with the corn this morning just in the air frying and it was spectacular. It was a ***** to cut up this way.
